While our agency creates custom software solutions for a wide variety of clients, as a Finance Analyst, you’ll work exclusively within our venture studio. Here, you’ll amplify the voice of our groundbreaking products, including:

• PadelPlay: A sensor technology integrated into padel rackets that allows players to track various metrics, ultimately helping them to improve their game.

• Magnify: An app designed to accelerate business developers in securing funding and establishing B2B collaborations.

• Mediamorph: An AI-driven content tool that transforms how organizations create and manage digital content.

The role

As a Junior Finance Analyst, you will play a key role in driving insights and operational efficiency across our ventures. Your focus will be on analyzing financial data, monitoring performance metrics, and identifying areas for improvement. By ensuring our teams have a clear understanding of revenues, costs, and opportunities, you’ll help ve2max make smarter decisions.

This role sits at the intersection of finance and data, offering a unique opportunity to work closely with our ventures while collaborating with other key stakeholders across the company.

What you’ll do

• Analyze financial data and create dashboards to monitor revenue, costs, and overall performance across all ventures.

• Identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization, presenting your findings in clear, actionable reports.

• Collaborate with venture teams to support strategic decision-making through data-driven insights.

• Build and maintain Excel models to forecast performance and track KPIs.

• Ensure alignment between day-to-day financial operations and the broader strategic goals of ve2max’s ventures

• Continuously improve reporting processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

What we’re looking for

• A completed degree in Finance, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.

• 1-3 years of experience in a finance or data-focused role.

• Strong Excel skills, with the ability to build and interpret complex models.

• Experience with financial reporting, analysis, and creating dashboards.

• Analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving and optimization.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
