Your Role

As a DevOps Engineer, you’ll collaborate closely with two other DevOps engineers to support our product teams. You’ll be the go-to expert for resolving technical issues related to our websites and the infrastructure that powers them. Your key responsibilities will revolve around optimization and automation. From enhancing our websites and platforms to refining the infrastructure they rely on, you’ll be instrumental in driving efficiency and innovation. We expect you to stay up-to-date with the latest security practices and DevOps trends, and to assess whether new developments are beneficial for our organization.

Our current focus is on advancing our cloud platform (Google Cloud Platform), defining our infrastructure as code using Terraform, and improving visibility into our Kubernetes clusters.

Who We’re Looking For

Our ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in a DevOps or similar role (such as Systems Engineer) and is eager to continue growing in this field.

We’re particularly interested in candidates with experience or knowledge in the following areas:

• Kubernetes (Google Kubernetes Engine)

• Docker

• GCP (Google Cloud Platform)

• CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions)

• Terraform

• Linux (primarily Ubuntu/Debian)

• Bash and at least one other scripting or programming language

However, the most important thing to us is your enthusiasm for continuously expanding your knowledge and expertise. We understand that no one can master everything we use, but a willingness to learn is key.
